Warranty conditions:

It will have to be the same room type, same dates, same number of guests, same food plan as well as the same booking conditions.

If it is a multiple night reservation, the price to consider is the amount resulting from the entire stay, not just the individual price of one night or several partial amounts of the nights that make up the total stay.

The lowest rate you find must be available to the general public and be verifiable. Some websites display rates that are not available when you try to book. Our commitment is to check within 48 hours.

The Best Price Guarantee Online does not apply in the following cases:

Unpublished rates, when the fee is included in a package type hotel + airfare, hotel + car, etc.. Corporate rates, group rates, rates for meetings and conventions, etc.

Special rates for members, discounts for regular customers, payment rates associated with coupons, redemption of points or other loyalty programs, incentive or reward type.

The best online price will not be able to apply in cases of online agencies where the guest has to reserve or pay before knowing the hotel or room type in which you will be staying.
